Neha Mehta is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern currently completing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Southwest, with graduation anticipated in May 2026. She provides counseling services under supervision and is committed to supporting individuals as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth in a safe and compassionate environment. (Supervised by Christina Brooke, LCSW)

Before pursuing counseling, Neha built a 22-year career in the Information Technology field. While she found success in that career, she felt called to pursue a path that aligned more closely with her values and purpose. This transition reflects her belief in the importance of living authentically and pursuing meaningful work.
